The Lego Serious play event was a great hit with all of our Scotframe participants. Such a great way to get everyone involved and really work as a team.

Maximillion ran the Urban Adventure for our teams with the activity run in Edinburgh city centre and the feedback has been nothing but positive. The activity brought teams together from different offices and different business areas and was a great way for everyone to get to know each other in a fun and informal activity.

Overall Maximillion were fantastic to work with, they were really flexible and happy to work within our event timings and budget. I had several planning calls with them in advance so felt safe in their hands.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to the Lake District. Jenny & Rhys are extremely easy to work with and made both our Wednesday evening boat cruise and Thursday team building events, evening meal and band fun and enjoyable for all who attended. With restrictions in place that curtailed our previous plans for the company’s 50th anniversary we were delighted to find a great alternative and a team well-equipped to deliver an event for such a significant milestone. The Maximillion team worked closely with us, making suggestions and sharing ideas to help make our virtual away day celebrations a real occasion. The feedback from the events was really positive and it was great to have a chance to get together in such a fun environment when all the teams have been working so hard over the past months.

Sarah and her team have proved invaluable to the organisation of our flagship event held in London. We partner with leading physicians from across the world to bring the latest thinking in cardiology to the participants, who come from many countries. This requires a team that operates to a high standard and can offer an experience that all involved remember. A foundation of this is the attention to detail, and a drive to get it right – mostly hidden from all when working well, but very obvious if not done. I have no hesitation to recommend Sarah and her team if you have an event you wish to deliver a the highest standards. The Optima team sends all our thanks to them.

The general comment today in the office is how amazing the event was and how much fun people had.

Thank you to Mike, Ross and Sandy from Maximillion for the team building in the afternoon, murder mystery that evening, Belbin Team Roles next morning, a fantastic team building session in the afternoon and, finally, a great barbecue that evening provided by Norton House. Although some of us were a bit slow of the mark the second day, the same positive attitude and enthusiasm from day one prevailed and I think we all got something out of it. It was clear to me that everyone was communicating and working together better by the end of the afternoon.

Jenny takes the time to understand our vision and goals for each event and consistently exceeded our expectations through close partnership and honest, transparent communications. Building a partnership that has become an extension of our core in-house team has resulted in innovative ideas, handling challenges with ease, and seamless event delivery from the whole team.
