How Pole Position works
Pole Position challenges teams to design, build and brand pedal-powered vehicle, which they then use in a series of qualifying races before a head-to-head final to win the Grand Prix.
Pole Position is the perfect outdoor team-building activity for a staff summer event or company away-day. With a range of creative, cerebral and physical challenges, it offers something for everyone.
Pole Position takes two to three hours.

Just a note to say thanks for all your help with the Yamaha event last week. It went very well, and the client was very happy. Thank you to Mike, Ross and Sandy from Maximillion for the team building in the afternoon, murder mystery that evening, Belbin Team Roles next morning, a fantastic team building session in the afternoon and, finally, a great barbecue that evening provided by Norton House. Although some of us were a bit slow of the mark the second day, the same positive attitude and enthusiasm from day one prevailed and I think we all got something out of it. It was clear to me that everyone was communicating and working together better by the end of the afternoon.
