Ross and the team at Maximillion were an absolute pleasure to work with and played a HUGE part in the success of the Phoenix Leadership UnConference 2023! From the very beginning Maximillion embraced the relaxed feel of this year’s conference and helped bring our vision to life! From a bespoke centre stage to Lego figurines, beanbag seating to branded sticky notes – everything was planned and executed to the highest of standards and myself and the wider team could not be happier! Maximillion have delivered many events for Phoenix Group, they are an extended part of the team and we honestly couldn’t deliver the events like we do without them!

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to the Lake District. Jenny & Rhys are extremely easy to work with and made both our Wednesday evening boat cruise and Thursday team building events, evening meal and band fun and enjoyable for all who attended. Just a note to say thanks for all your help with the Yamaha event last week. It went very well, and the client was very happy. I know she was a bit worried just because of experiences at other venues around the world where things have not gone according to plan. So for us to arrive and see it all set and ready to roll, put her mind at rest.

We held events running over two days. The Maximillion Gameshow which was fun and engaged all who attended the first evening event. During our away day we had Team Tops Trumps in the morning, again this was inclusive for all who were in attendance. Lastly during the afternoon of our away day we took part in Level-up which I have to say was great fun for all involved.

I could not be happier with how the event was organised in the months preceding the event and how it was managed on the days. Sarah and her team were both efficient and delightful to work with. I also had positive feedback from my co-host colleagues and a large number of delegates. I am in fact already in dealings with Maximillion again, in preparation of a new international meeting. I highly recommend Maximillion and Sarah Esslemont for leading and organising meeting.
