Thank you to Mike, Ross and Sandy from Maximillion for the team building in the afternoon, murder mystery that evening, Belbin Team Roles next morning, a fantastic team building session in the afternoon and, finally, a great barbecue that evening provided by Norton House. Although some of us were a bit slow of the mark the second day, the same positive attitude and enthusiasm from day one prevailed and I think we all got something out of it. It was clear to me that everyone was communicating and working together better by the end of the afternoon.

Mike and his team did a fantastic job on the run up to and on event day. With the quick turnaround of plans, there was clear communication before, during and after the event. Thank you to Mike and the Maximillion team!

Working with Maximillion has been an absolute pleasure and a transformative experience for our organisation. Maximillion ran the Urban Adventure for our teams with the activity run in Edinburgh city centre and the feedback has been nothing but positive. The activity brought teams together from different offices and different business areas and was a great way for everyone to get to know each other in a fun and informal activity.

Ross and the team at Maximillion were an absolute pleasure to work with and played a HUGE part in the success of the Phoenix Leadership UnConference 2023! From the very beginning Maximillion embraced the relaxed feel of this year’s conference and helped bring our vision to life! From a bespoke centre stage to Lego figurines, beanbag seating to branded sticky notes – everything was planned and executed to the highest of standards and myself and the wider team could not be happier!
